Three subscription plans are available depending upon expected use of the toolkit:
Plan A allows up to 5 valuations (whether draft or finalised) without time limit and costs £450 plus VAT .
Plan B allows up to 15 valuations (whether draft or finalised) without time limit and costs £900 plus VAT .
Plan C allows an unlimited number of valuations (regardless of status) during any 12 month period and costs £1,400 plus VAT .
