We do not place cookies on your computer or device, nor do we use any other means of data collection.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal offences.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the Subscription contract. In this case, we may have to cancel the Subscription but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Where Do You Store My Data and keep it secure?

We will only store your personal data in the UK.

We have put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to keep personal information secure and in particular to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. We have also put in place procedures to deal with any suspected security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

How long do you keep my personal information?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with Data Protection Law at all times.

How Can I Access My Personal Data?

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details and for a copy of such personal data (a subject access request) in writing. There is not normally any charge for this. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ an administration fee may be charged. We will respond within 1 month. However, if your request is complex, more time may be needed, up to 3 months. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
